Yoga is not just for the hilltop retreat or the soothing beach setting. Yogis can be found all round the world in different locations with hundreds practicing in urban environments, hidden from the daily hustle and bustle of city life.

As a city dweller I believe incorporating my daily practice into the urban environment in which I live and taking it out into the streets!
